A family business founded in 2015, Facelifts Maintenance is committed to providing quality workmanship in a timely manner and at competitive prices.
With over 10 years of experience in the industry our engineers are first class and can offer a range of services from Domestic to Commercial and are not afraid to get their hands dirty!
We work along the lines of "If it's broke, then fix it!". With the aim of keeping the cost down for our customers, where we can, we prefer to repair a faulty product rather than replace it.
We provide a call out service that covers all of London within the M25 and for planned works we have no location boundary.
All of our prices are available to view on our website and there are no hidden fees. A price will be confirmed when booking and on arrival our engineer will re-confirm before carrying out any work. Planned works will require a quotation before work commences.
PRICING
- No call out charges!
- Work is carried out based on our hourly rate. A minimum charge of one hour will be charged and then at a reduced rate for each hour thereafter.
- You will be informed of the expected length of time/cost approximately within the first hour where possible unless a quote has been provided prior to work. For maintenance work there will be a price cap on any work exceeding 4 hours to ensure we provide value for money. (not including cost of materials)
- *Maximum Daily Hours will not exceed 8. Where the maximum is reached a quote will be provided for the remainder of the work anticipated. **Daily Price Cap applied after 3 hours between midnight and 7am on Sundays.
- Materials supplied by Facelifts Maintenance will be charged at trade price plus 20% mark up and are subject to VAT.
- an Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
- Insurance Reports will be chargeable at a nominal £100.00+VAT.
- Payment must be made in full by card, instant bank transfer or cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice.
